Purchase and product information

The right ski length depends on your size, the type of ski and your skills. We have prepared a size guide for you.
The bindings are already mounted by us and adjust based on your boot size and weight so that you can start skiing straight away. Our partners are happy to help you with this.
Of course it is! We work together with several ski rentals in South Tyrol, where you can test the Sarner Ski. You can find a list of them here. We also organise various test events where you can test the Sarner Skis for free. Here you can find all dates and venues.
We have decided to offer Sarner Skis only in our online shop for the time being. Thanks to direct distribution channels, we are reducing CO2 emissions and helping to ensure that we can continue skiing in the mountains for a long time to come.
The Sarner Skis are made in a small ski factory in the northern Italian Alps. Regionality, high quality and short delivery routes are very important to us.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check if the payment was successful. For further information and help please contact our customer service.
Our payment methods are: • Satispay • Paypal • Credit card • Prepayment (bank transfer)
The payment method of the order can only be changed if the order is still being processed. To do this, please contact our customer service.

Shipping

The shipping costs within Italy are Euro 20.00 per pair of skis, to the rest of the world (within the EEA) Euro 80.00 per pair of skis.
We send your Sarner Skis directly to your home (within the EEA). The bindings are already mounted by us and adjust based on your boot size and weight so that you can start skiing straight away. We can also send your Sarner Skis to one of our partners or wherever you want (within the EEA).
As soon as the package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking code.

Order

Changes or cancellation of an order are possible if the Sarner Skis have not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service for this.
The delivery address can be changed if the Sarner skis have not yet been shipped. The billing address can also be changed afterwards. Please contact our customer service for both.

Account

You can change the address yourself in the customer account or by request to our customer service.
The password can be reset here. If there is no valid e-mail address in the customer account, our customer service is happy to help.

Returns and refunds

If you have received a defective item or an item that does not correspond to the description, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to agree on the best solution.
Sarner Skis can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that they are still unused. Please send us the completed form within 14 days.
As soon as the Sarner Skis are received and checked, the refund will be arranged. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.
The delivery charges for returning the skis with a shipping service are at our expense. Please contact our customer service for more information.
